I figured out my problem with the device losing the internet connection. This only occurs when you turn off the network indicator in settings. Turned it back on and device is working normally. Product IS reliable, just don’t turn anything off. Retract my poor rating, would recommend. Thanks for the help response.

Hi.
Thanks for the reply. I tried both suggestions and it does the same on both units. I used a stop watch on it and the led starts blinking every 2 minutes 50 seconds and 8 seconds to stop.

This device loses the WiFi connection every 5-10 minutes and then it comes back. This makes reliability unstable. I have sent several emails to their help/customer service and received no response. Purchased two of these and both do the same thing. Would not recommend.

Hello, could you please try two steps:
1.Take the RF bridge close to the wifi router, if sitll unstable, try step 2.
2.Use a 2A(2000mA) USB adapter and test.
